Teamozy is a Human Resource Management System (HRMS) designed to help organizations manage employee attendance, leave requests, and workforce operations.

1. Personal Information

When you register and use Teamozy, we may collect the following personal information:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, employee ID, and organizational details
  • Profile Information: Profile photo, department, designation, and work-related information
  • Authentication Data: Login credentials and device registration information

2. Biometric Data (Face Recognition)

Teamozy uses face recognition technology for attendance verification purposes:

  • How It Works: The App uses on-device face recognition technology (TensorFlow Lite) to verify your identity during attendance check-in and check-out
  • Data Processing: Face recognition processing occurs ENTIRELY ON YOUR DEVICE. Your facial features are converted into mathematical representations (embeddings) that cannot be reverse-engineered into facial images
  • Storage: Face embedding data is stored securely on our servers solely for the purpose of attendance verification
  • No Third-Party Sharing: Your biometric data is never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than attendance verification within your organization

3. Location Data

To verify attendance and track work-related activities, we collect location information:

  • GPS Location: We collect precise location data during check-in, check-out, and while you are on active duty
  • Background Location: With your permission, the App may collect location data in the background to ensure accurate attendance tracking during work hours
  • Purpose: Location data is used solely to verify that attendance is marked from authorized work locations and to track field employee movements during work hours
  • Retention: Location data is retained for the period required by your organization's policies and applicable labor laws

4. Device Information

We automatically collect certain device information:

  • Device model and manufacturer
  • Operating system version
  • Unique device identifiers
  • App version
  • Network information

5. Analytics and Advertising Data

We use Google Analytics to understand how users interact with our App:

  • Advertising ID: We collect your device's Advertising ID for analytics purposes to improve app functionality and user experience
  • Usage Patterns: We analyze app usage patterns, feature adoption, and user flows
  • Crash Reports: We collect crash data and performance metrics to improve app stability
  • Purpose: This data is used solely for analytics and improving the App - we do not use it for personalized advertising

6. Usage Data

We collect information about how you interact with the App:

  • Attendance records (check-in/check-out times)

  • Personal and attendance data is stored on secure servers
  • Face embeddings are encrypted and stored separately from other personal data
  • Location data is stored with timestamps for attendance verification

  1. With Your Organization: Your employer/organization has access to your attendance records, leave data, and work reports as part of the HRMS functionality
  2. Analytics Providers: We share anonymized usage data with Google Analytics to improve our App
  3. Service Providers: We may share data with trusted service providers who assist in operating the App (e.g., cloud hosting services), bound by confidentiality agreements
  4. Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request

We do NOT:

  • Your account is active
  • Required to provide services to you and your organization

When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Children's Privacy

Teamozy is designed for workplace use and is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
